Recently had an intellectual discussion with one of the top managers at the workplace. Out of work, out of bounds discussion. Had a good talk regarding differentiating strategies and the m-shift concept. And how it relates to long-term success.
I learnt one more good thing now.

many companies have an increased focus on building mind-share to increase market-share. this is what is referred to as m-shift.
