She'll be mine !

i had this dream tonight
i caught her with a clear sight

her hair flushing across her face
she moved closer to me
at a rapid pace
she looked at me
and i looked at her
she was there in my arms
and together, we were

her arms were around my waist
never i'd felt so safe
her tender hands
gently rested on mine
how i wished
i could stop time
but i was scared she would run
coz i'd never felt
this way for anyone

alas ! i noticed
she suddenly went out of sight
i looked for her
in every nook and corner
it was then i realised
that i'd lost her

i then wondered
did i fail ?
or was this some fairy tale ?

i was lost in thoughts
and i was lost in time
but wherever she might be
she, will always be mine.
